Biomass Steam Generator

The internal structure of the biomass/coal vertical steam generator is designed as a three pass flue gas structure, which is characterized by small water volume, large heating area, rapid steam output, high thermal efficiency, and an independent energy-saving device at the tail to fully utilize the residual temperature of the flue gas and save fuel at maximum efficiency. It has automatic feeding, blower and induced draft fan frequency conversion control functions, operates automatically, adjusts fuel input according to load changes to achieve stable steam output. It is equipped with pressure, water level, and exhaust gas temperature protection and alarm systems to ensure safe operation.

Steam Pressure: 1-10 bar (0.1-1.0 Mpa) optional

Steam temperature: 100-184 ℃

Fuel: Wood, palm shells, sugarcane bagasse, corn cobs, coconut shells, rice husks, peanut shells, tree branches, coal, cloth strips, and all other combustible materials.

Applications: Food industry, sugar and coffee processing, textiles, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, rubber and all other industrial projects that require steam.
