Working Principle And Structure
Cycle process: The burner ignites the fuel to release heat in the furnace, and the heating surface of the disc tube transfers the heat to the heat transfer oil inside the tube; The hot oil circulation pump forces the heat transfer oil to flow through the heating equipment to release heat, and the cooled heat transfer oil flows back to the boiler for reheating, forming a closed liquid-phase circulation; The flue gas is discharged after three rounds of heat exchange and waste heat recovery by energy-saving devices/air preheaters.
Core structure: Horizontal three return circular tube furnace body (internal coil radiation heating, convection heat exchange between internal and external coils), imported burner, hot oil circulation pump, oil and gas separator, expansion tank, low-level tank, fully automatic PLC temperature control and over temperature/over pressure/cut-off/low-level interlock protection system. Advantage of Oil Gas Thermal Oil Boiler

Low pressure and high temperature: usually working pressure<1MPa, liquid phase temperature can reach 320-340 ℃, much lower than the pressure of steam at the same temperature, greatly improving safety; The temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃, meeting the requirements of fine chemical, textile printing and dyeing processes.

High thermal efficiency: equipped with waste heat recovery device, the thermal efficiency is generally 92% -95%; Closed loop circulation has low heat loss and is significantly more energy-efficient than electric heating.

Environmentally friendly and flexible: Suitable for low nitrogen burners (NO ₓ emissions can meet local standards), easy fuel switching; The overall quick installation factory, on-site oil and electrical connection can be put into operation, with a short installation cycle.

Safety system: constant pressure exhaust for expansion tank, backup oil replenishment for low-level tank, alarm and automatic shutdown protection for over temperature/over pressure/cut-off/liquid level/gas leakage.
