Three parts fire tube boiler is a process in which high-temperature flue gas completes three return cycles inside the furnace, sequentially passing through radiation and two convection heat exchanges, greatly extending the heat exchange time and reducing the exhaust gas temperature. It is commonly used for steam or hot water supply of fuel/gas.
Core Structure And Flue Gas Process
The first return journey (radiation heat exchange): The fuel is burned in the corrugated furnace chamber through the burner, and the flame and high-temperature flue gas flow backward along the furnace chamber. The furnace chamber wall directly absorbs radiation heat;
Second return journey (convection 1, reinforced with threaded smoke pipes): The flue gas bends in the rear smoke box/combustion chamber and flows forward through the threaded smoke pipes on both sides of the furnace body;The threaded groove generates turbulence in the flue gas, destroys the laminar boundary layer, and significantly improves the heat transfer efficiency compared to a light pipe.
Third return journey (convection 2): The smoke is folded again in the front smoke box and flows backwards into another set of smoke pipes in the upper part, further releasing waste heat; Afterwards, it is discharged through energy-saving devices/condensers, induced draft fans, and chimneys.

Efficient and energy-saving: The conventional thermal efficiency reaches 92% -95%, and the condensing machine has a higher efficiency; Low exhaust temperature (usually 60-150 ℃); Threaded smoke pipes and long smoke processes are the core means.

Compact structure and quick installation: Horizontal overall factory, short installation cycle; Large water capacity and strong adaptability to load fluctuations; High degree of automation (equipped with high-quality burners, automatic temperature control, ignition, and protection).

Fuel adaptation: mainly natural gas and light oil, some can be converted to burn biomass gas; The requirement for fuel cleanliness is high, and it is not suitable for high ash, high sulfur and low-quality coal.

Selection And Maintenance Points of Three Parts Fire Tube Boiler

Prioritize the configuration of fully wet back, threaded smoke pipe, and condensation waste heat recovery;

Must be equipped with soft water/deoxygenation equipment and strictly control the water supply indicators;

Regularly blow off the accumulated dust in the smoke pipe, check the sealing of the smoke box and the cracks on the pipe plate;

Conduct annual energy efficiency testing and pressure vessel annual inspection according to regulations.
