The customers of the Vietnamese food factory need more high-temperature steam for food processing because of the expansion of the production chain. After the technical exchange, we understand the scale of the customer. We recommend to the customer to move the chain grate coal boiler, considering the customer's coal is required, we designed a complete set of automatic coal feeding system, and at the same time configured two sets of water treatment systems for customers to ensure the smooth operation of the boiler.

DZL coal boiler is a horizontal three-pass water-fire tube boiler. It is designed with high-efficiency and energy-saving enhanced combustion technology to ensure the full combustion of fuel. Even better, the volume of the furnace and the ember chamber is very large, which is beneficial to the ashes and settling of fly ash. The coarse dust separation steering chamber at the exit flue gas window achieves the purpose of removing dust in the boiler furnace, reduces the amount of flue gas emission, and makes it reach the national environmental regulations.
