Japanese customers want to start a project in Japan to burn waste to make steam, there are similar projects in Southeast Asia. After technical discussions, we decided to recommend to customers 6T boiler with double drums. In order to reach 400 steam temperature, we added superheated steam Equipment, customers are very satisfied with our program. For the customer's fuel, we recommend that the fuel be compressed into pellets to ensure sufficient steam. We purchase compression equipment for the customer, and the customer signed the order with satisfaction.

Boiler characteristics:

1. The boiler design adopts double drum tube structure and arched wet back design, which increases the heating surface of the boiler and improves the efficiency of the boiler.

2. Automatic moving grate, facilitates cleaning and maintenance.

3. The left and right heads are designed with anti-coking heads to effectively prevent coking, and a boiler economizer is provided at the tail of the boiler, saving 5% energy.

4. The boiler adopts two-way air inlet and independent air chamber to ensure the full combustion of fuel.
